I have waited a week for a manager to call and as I said in my message....I would start posting reviews if I did not get a call.
My daughter frequents the store in the evening and places an order via mobile app several times a week since she has a 30 minute meal break at a nearby business. She placed the order and 20 minutes later the 3 drinks were not brought out to stall 11, but 2 cars had gone through the drive thru so she called me and I rushed to the store since she had to go back to work. She went to the drive thru while I pulled into stall 11 in her place. We saw the employee that was wearing a blue shirt and pregnant have the 3 drinks in her hand 2 different times and started toward the door, but never left the store in our direction. As she pulled into the drive thru the blue shirted pregnant employee came out so I pointed at the drive thru and told her that I switched because the order taking so long. My daughter asked the employee why the order took 20 minutes and the answer was that she was training 2 people.
My daughter then said that she had seen 2 people go through the drive thru while waiting and turned to go back to her car. The blue shirted lady used a mean tone as she turned back to the store saying Have a nice day (the tone and words DIDNOT match) As my daughter was getting in her car a short heavy set black woman came out of the door and said, "I've got her tag number." My daughter asked me what she said so I repeated it and we both laughed. Her tag number REALLY? My daughter did NOTHING wrong and the order was on the APP....they have more than her tag number on the order. The employees were still in the store and responded with forced mimicking laughter. Hopefully they do not reflect the behavior you actually expect from employees. Absolutely deplorable. The drinks were flat/watered down so we wound up throwing them away. Just proves even more that they were sitting on the counter without being delivered to stall 11.

Read moreI waited 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes, and all I got were crying, disappointed kids. I placed an order in the app and pulled up to a stall to check in. The screen was off, so I pushed the red button to ask what stall number I should check in with. Before I even got to ask, the worker told me they weren’t taking any stall orders and to please get in the drive thru. There was one person in front of me in the drive thru, so that was already taking quite a while to wait. When I got to the order window, the worker asked me to please hold and didn’t respond to me stating I had already placed an order in the app. Then they came back to tell me their system wouldn’t pull up and that I needed to place the order through the app, which I had already done. I decided to just pull around to the pickup window. The car in front of me was still waiting on their food. When I finally pull up to the window, I tell the worker that I ordered in app and my name. They close the window, look at their computer, look at a receipt, talk to another worker, look at the receipt again, and come back to ask me if it was a door dash order or if I placed it myself. I now wonder if it would have made a difference if I had said door dash because when I told them it was my order, they said they had no ice cream and would refund me. very nice cold cheese hamburger combo with a side of cold Tots, no worries I called and ask if I can get a hot one !!!cool,,, I'm asked to bring my old food . Cold #2 combo I've taken a few bites of. I waste the tots on my car floor!!!! The cashier asked for those back. In the middle of passing her Nasty tots off the floor, !!!!
