My grandson bought pipe tobacco instead of cigarette tobacco and yes he is 23. He was told by man behind the counter to bring it back as long as it was not opened to which it was not open. So we went to his place and got it and when we got back the owner was behind the counter and said he can not return it because we don't have a receipt and the bag is crushed . They don't give receipts and the bag is not crushed. You can not crush it without opening it as it has air in it, also it is the same condition as when he purchased it. Then he tried saying that it is an only 15 day return policy, but today is only the 14th of the month and purchase was on the first of month. Guess I will be contacting Attorney General Office as per your response if it was run over by a truck the bag would have been open (popped open) it was in the same condition as he bought it. He had originally bought 2 bags and used half of first bag and got really sick off it and he tried finding someone who would buy it off him, but no one smokes a pipe that he knows. Get your facts straight and you are a nasty mean shop owner to treat someone the way you did him that day. He did nothing wrong and he was told by your staff member he could return the unopened bag. You sir also discriminated against him in this review by saying those remarks on not knowing what day he purchased because he can't remember he is mentally handicapped and because of several kids attacking him when he was little and hitting him in the head with rocks growing up he has had several concussions leading to no short term memory at all. I told you all I know is he gets paid for disability on the first of every month. All he wanted to do was return the wrong kind of tobacco and purchase cigarette tobacco which is more than pipe tobacco and he was going to pay the difference, but you jumped to conclusion and accused him of wrong doing. If I could I wouldn't put any stars for this place of business. I went in to see what the store had. When I pulled in I wasn't sure if they were closed or not. No business at all when I was there. I went to check out merchandise and noticed they don't put prices on anything in the store. When they asked for my ID when I came in I showed my military ID.
