Joe Murrelle Press Inc. in downtown Sayre is a much better place if you need anything paper or copy-related---much cheaper with friendly knowledgeable employees. Also the post office in Sayre, and the Fed EX located inside of Big Foote's Sporting Goods on Broad st. in Waverly are much cheaper places to ship any size package to anywhere in the world with friendly helpful staff. I ship A LOT of stuff and I used to compare prices between UPS, USPS, and FED EX but eventually I stopped checking UPS because they were ALWAYS the most expensive option. I don't know why anyone would ever go to UPS for anything, unless it was the only option. Even the tape they sell is outrageously priced. The staff are a clique of 3 or 4 guys and they are all officious unprofessionals who act like they are hanging out in their friend's basement after cheer-leading practice. They don't treat customers like they care about their business. Recently I got copies and they printed out some glossy shiny paper which I couldn't use and which they claimed was the color paper they always use unless the customer specifies otherwise (why would you have to specify you wanted the normal thin paper that 95% of the world uses?) So I asked them to print out 25 more copies on normal paper. They did but they charged me both times. Also a few years ago the owner was in his pajamas using the computer and was visibly annoyed I wanted to use the computer next to the door that is specifically there for customers to use. He made a big deal of having to sign out of his email account. I hope the $15 was worth it. Maybe you can use it to buy a clue how to run a business or put it towards a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately had the worst experience in regards to customer service ever this morning.
We have recently had a new born and in the midst of a global pandemic, we have had to use Amazon to order all of the breast pumping, clothing, and care items for our son.
Itās difficult to size these items so we had to order additional sizes and try them before returning what didnāt work. This has been going on for a month.
We returned the surplus of extras today and the attendant felt no problem with shaming my wife for trying to be a good mom to our child.
He told her we were taking advantage of the returns, that Amazon was going to cancel our account, and even felt he could tell us what we were doing was wrong.
Even after my wife explained we have a new born and canāt go to the store or lactation consultant for sizing, the attendant continued to have contempt and disdain for us. Even admonishing us in front of other customers.
I hope he never has to experience this kind of public shaming but I think it was more that he would have to do some actual work on Saturday morning was his problem.
Needless to say, Iāll take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in an upstairs apt and cannot hear knocking so I have a doorbell with a large sign. The carrier doesn't seem to know how to use one. I almost always miss the first delivery attempt. In order to get the second attempt I have to sit on my porch, in the cold and wait. Although the first notice said next day delivery would be between 2 and 8 pm, I got "failed second attempt" at 12 pm. Tried calling local ups... only number I could find...employee was rude abrupt and said to call 800 number. While trying to get that number, the Sayre, Pa. Employee became very rude said it must not be a UPS shipment because they don't deliver on Saturday. Also said I had called a retail location and never to call there with questions ever again. This shipment is a medical device and is shipped to me every two weeks. I know a signature is required. Just PLEASE use the doorbell. I am home 98% of the time. And when you give a delivery time such as between noon and five, pleas arrive during...
