My in store experience was wonderful. The gentleman who assisted me was amazing. I was planning on purchasing another piece of furniture to complete my bedroom set.
However, my experience with the actual delivery and the lack of professionalism exhibited by the two ladies that I had the displeasure of speaking with was extremely disappointing. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 6/16/25. I received a call at 8:17 am from a gentleman asking if I would be home. I advised him that , yes, I would be home all day. He stated that they were going to pick up their truck and they would call me when they were on their way. I waited around all day and never received a call. I called at around 3:30 pm asking if someone could tell me what time my delivery would be. I was told that, since I didn't respond to telephone calls, I would not be getting my furniture that day. I told her to put someone else on the phone. Someone else, supposedly a manager, states that the driver told her that he called me twice and I didn't answer, so they went on to New Market to deliver and would not be delivering my furniture that day. I ,again, explained about the call I received that morning and was given some ridiculous explanation about the drivers using U-Haul and they weren't able to get the truck. I asked for a full refund. The response I received was, may I ask why. I said it was because of the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I took the day off from work, on the the day that I scheduled to receive my furniture and I expected it immediately. Finally, she told me that they would arrive in 45 minutes. They finally did arrive but had to leave because they didn't bring all of the pieces to put my bed together. Also, while they were there, I overheard one of the drivers speaking to someone in the office and he said that he DID speak with me that morning. The person that didn't answer his phone calls was someone who was on a payment plan and missed a payment. Which wasn't me because I paid in full. This is a business, how is there no structure?
I can't put into words how frustrated I am with this experience.

I reached out, per their response to my review, and have not heard from anyone. Please, take your business elsewhere. Well they came and was like oh itās warped and literally took their hands and bent it back. Well still not fixed I called back and they sent someone they contracted out through to come out and look at it. Well both sides wouldnāt recline by the 3 months passed that the guy actually came out to look. Well he ordered the parts and came back and only to tell me he didnāt have al the parts to fix it. When he left after he fixed the one side it was literally worst then before he got there. So I called farmers again to tell them and they said they would replace the couch finally well we got the new one and it wonāt recline and got tore in the process of getting it in the door. The guy said Iāve been doing this awhile I donāt have to use the pads well he screwed up our door in the process of not using the pads and getting the old couch out. So now I told the manager I just want a refund and then to come get the couch well he said he was gonna come pick up them today but yet I hadnāt received both checks and Iām not gonna hand over both if I havenāt received my refund for both. They could have came and got the couch and that be fine but he was saying he did us a favor by refunding us the money thatās he isnāt making to trips to come get the furniture itās not a favor to us to have to wait for these checks and be without furniture until our new stuff comes in. The customer service has been horrible and I have bought a lot of stuff in the past from them so has my mom and my cousin and my grandmother so they just lost 4 customers over this cause it literally took them 6 months to get their stuff together and make it right but yet itās not right yet. Do not trust this store or the employees there! Contact corporate an have your accounts checked for items on your account! An also dnt waste ur money on the warranty you will wait over a month an then be told to contact the person to fix it yourself! Which is not my job if I have pd for the warranty!
