I called to have my diamond upgraded and spoke with Tammy. I asked her to look for the diamond I found on their site. She called me in several days and explained that they stopped recognizing the diamonds I wanted on their site and would remove them at all. She offered me another diamond GIA certified and I asked if they could give me a discount as my husband spend a lot of money with them for my engagement, pendants, pearls and rubies. It took her several days to respond back saying no. Then I agreed to purchase the one with higher price; as we moved to Florida I asked her to email me the certificate and papers for purchasing. She called and said the diamond was sold and I needed to look myself on the site as she didn't want to look for it herself. These people don’t know how to appraise a diamond. My wife took her old diamond in to resale and they told her it was fake. It definitely is not. It had been appraised by other legit places. Not only that, they embarrassed her with the volume and rudeness. Not professional at all. They could have at least been discreet. Will never buy anything from them. I recently went here to get my son’s cross pendant engraved with the date of his baptism. I told them I wanted it on the back with his initials and date going from top to bottom. They put all of this on the paperwork and even highlighted it. A few days later I received a call saying that they accidentally did the initials and date across instead of up and down. They asked if that was ok like I had a choice if it wasn’t. I come in and pick it up today and they did the engraving on the front. Not only did they go the wrong way with the engraving they also put it on the front instead of the back. The lady takes it back to the jeweler and all he said was if he buffed it out he’d mess the necklace up. She said sorry and told me my total.
