The vouchers are a joke. The store is either not open during the posted voucher times or they are out of vouchers. Everything posted on the building is completely different from their Facebook page, and no one answers the doorbell/intercom button. Way to go abusing a monopoly for the community, knowing we don't have another local resource and then making it impossible to access. I feel it should also be mentioned that the employees working up front are letting "friends" pre-pay for vouchers even though all their signs claim it's "first come first serve" and if you don't know them you get told to...

Front counter women even let me pay for 2 vouchers in advance. Said women would be there come the weekend. Needless to say the women never showed up. She hasn't been there in 3 weeks. Not even on days the public thinks she will be there. I don't understand why it's so hard to get these vouchers.. You want claim help the animals then do so don't just claim you do.
