I bought a phone over phone from Verizon! The guy never ask or checked on how much storage I would need! I knew nothing about that until yesterday! I received iPhone11 10/14/2022 yesterday and attempted to transfer from by old phone to new phone- Two times it said can’t transfer not enough storage on new phone! Can’t get human on the phone with Verizon so went into the store! Young man Ben checked out my old and new home phone they sold me a phone with not enough storage to transfer current phone to new phone! Since it was their error he and I felt I shouldn’t have to pay the restocking fee if $50.00. The manager said she could order me a phone with enough storage and refund me for the phone she sent! Ok, so she processed refund hand me the paper and that is when I found they had charged me the$50.00 restocking fee! I brought it to her attention, called Verizon, while on phone the manager then lied to my face saying she had told me prior to the refund! I have changed cellphone providers and am forever done...

Read moreAvoid this store at all costs. I had to go to this store a few times to resolve an issue. The first time, the employee who helped me was obviously new but she was incredibly helpful. I had to go back a few days later because the issue popped up again. The second time I came in she was reprimanded by a coworker for trying to advocate for me in resolving my issue.
They don’t want to help. Instead they want their customers to figure out their problems on their own on the Verizon website. If you’re not buying a phone but need help with a phone you already purchased, they have no desire to help. Unless they’re new, but the more experienced employees will get that helpful attitude out of their system fast.
