I have bought a USED kabota from someone in Chattanooga and being used equals problems. Buying this came with having to be educated about what I have. I'm the third owner and, for instance there was not a front-end loader. Never had one. So sometime someone removed the operating handle for it. I had no idea. Went to Dooley's and got educated. The staff is very nice and answered everyone of my questions. Ordered the front-end loader. Delivered to my front door by Dooley's, as requested by me. I put the frame on fir the front-end loader. Then I wanted a tooth bar. Dooley's saved me money by adding it to their "order" along with the operating handle. So I had to wait longer to get it. If it had been ordered right then and not added to their order I'd had to pay a lot, LOT more just on shipping alone. Yes I pay a higher price. I have the security of knowing the part or parts fit. Will not go back. I stood waiting for 19 minutes to be helped by someone who was flirting with a customer. She knew I was standing there waiting and didn't care. I heard everything they were saying and it did start out as her helping the gentleman but it turned out to be a social event. When I finally interrupted and asked if she could please help me she said " just a minute ". She finished her conversation and then came to me. When I asked for what I was looking for, she proceeded to look and did go to the back but came back and told me it would be 2 weeks before they get any in. This is what I like most which distinguishes from the rest as far as meeting my more particular tastes and preferences.
