Planet Fitness — Local services in Athens

I want to kind of balance out the negative reviews. I know a lot of people have complained about the being charged thing, most places have issues with the point of sale system at first, its a new system, however i can say that it does get worked out. I have dealt with one rude person that does still work there, however 99.5% of the staff have been awesome with me. I get greeted when I come in and bye when i leave. The vibe isn't bad at all, people leave me alone when i am going through my set and that is great. For those that are rating a one star you probably didn't get what you wanted and felt entitled maybe a little bit. I said what i said. I am willing to bet you came off rude when handling your affairs with people that do work there. Have the day you deserve, and bless your heart one...

Nice clean new updated gym equipment to do workouts but the people are not friendly .... 😕 I do not talk to them . Tried for about 2 months same old garbage the people are trashy dope heads tattoos rude ignorant hateful down out scum bags women men teenagers and most are too lazy obese people gluttons they only stay about 10 mins play with the equipment and leave . This is my first review and hopefully my last. After I have canceled my membership they have kept charging me as well as the fees. When I have called they told me I would only have to pay 15 dollars to ensure then that my membership would be cancelled for sure, but a week later it doubled. Later, when I went to the location I paid the money but I still owed it according to my bank account, then that lady at the front counter (very helpful by the way) told me that she could not guaranteed that they won’t charge my account again, but overall...
