Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this place! I brought in my PC and my laptop at the same time. The guy never called me to give me updates. Every time I would call him, he would never answer or return my call... And you couldn't even leave a message. I would constantly drive to the office and it was always closed. He had my PC and laptop for over two months before I finally got ahold of him on the phone, and he finally told me that he couldn't fix either of them. He then told me I could come pick them up the next day, but when I went the next day to pick them up, the store was closed and he wouldn't answer the phone. It took me another week before I finally got my PC and laptop back to him. I immediately took them to another place and they told me what the problem was with both my PC and my laptop...

Be smart and skip this business. I took me laptop in for a charging issue 2 months ago and was told it was the battery. The battery arrived and was then told it was the charging port. After a dozen phone messages over a month period and not even a courtesy call back I decided to get the laptop and take it to another repair shop in Knoxville. They had the problem fixed in 10 minutes while I waited and charged me 29. WOW! I would not recommend this unprofessional repair...
