Beauty Master — Local services in Atlanta

Not my best experience as a customer as I’m walking into the store I have to use the rest room really bad and keep in mind I’m pregnant so I ask the Chinese guy could I use the rest room with no problem he says yes because as I’m walking in the store it looks like no one was there no one was in the front or anything so the Chinese guy says yes I can use the rest room very kind so as I’m walking to the wig area I ask the young lady in the wig section she states that there’s no public restrooms I said that’s fine but I asked the owner and he said yes so another girl walks up and say that’s not the owner I said ok I didn’t know that and I stated I really have to use the rest room because I’m pregnant so as the girl walks off she says very low THATS not my PROBLEM I found that as being very rude to a customer a pregnant one at that I still brought something but only because the guy let me use the rest room let it be her she would have told me she don’t care again I’m sure I’ve been to this location a few times never really had a issue until today and by the way the cashier that was rude to me her name was keydreona i do understand that most beauty supply stores don’t have a public restroom but today was very uncalled for I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but this made me feel very sad and also hurt and I will not be shopping at this location anymore at all! Everyone has a bad day at work but that’s no reason to be rude to the customers I didn’t wanna buy...

Their new policy with cards was more of an inconvenience for me. If mother sent you to the store, I would not recommend it. I had to bring in my mother who was ill & recently out of the hospital barely walking with her cane for a $14.00 worth of merchandise because the card had a chip. Honestly, I think that could have been handled differently. Committing fraud for $14.00, just doesn't seem realistic to me. I could be wrong. The handicapped parking is not located that close to the door so getting her in was a challenge. I'm fluent in Korean, but the cashier played the blonde role; "knows nothing, can't do anything. The sign was on their side of the card machine, that's the law.I had to look that one up. No, that isn't what the law says. Had it been visible upon entry I may have turned around or brought my own wallet! However, it was after I took the time to find what she needed.

Of course, getting out of the hospital, she wanted to spruce up at home. Bottom line, if your mom SENDS you to this beauty supply, use your own card. I went to a different one on the same side of town just to check & they didn't have that policy. So NO miss blonde cashier, all beauty supplies aren't. It may be a miniscule thing, but inconvenient for the price tag...

I was at the camp creek location 11/25/18 the product I wanted was not available so I told the girl in the wig dept where I was shopping to call the Greenbriar she did ,she ask me she will call the Headland store as well ,I told at the Headland store it's best to go over there because the wig person claim they dont have it,but they do the heifers over at Headline are lazy and sorry as hell don't wanna to go check if product is avail, long story short I called Headline store and the same wig that the girl call there and ask for and was told they did not have they had it available ,the owners need to hire better people to work in their facilities cause some of the employees that work for them are not customer savvy they are just there to get a check I've been in line checking out and the female holding conversation with someone she knows about who was in the club ridiculous some of them dont say hello ask how I am doing and I'm spending my money in their employers store Beauty Masters apparently dont train the...
