American Deli — Restaurant in Atlanta

Ordered from this American Deli because the experience I had previously was great. But this time was a hot mess I ordered a fish meal and asked for a drizzle of Teriyaki over fries and Blue Cheese Dressing. Simple instructions for most but instead of a drizzle they might as well have poured the whole bottle of teriyaki sauce in the fries and called it teriyaki fry soup sauce got all over my clothes when I opened container. I called to let manager know and she said that instead of saying "drizzle" I should have said "on the side" sorry if drizzle sounds pretty darn clear to me. I told her that I also requested blue cheese dressing her response was what do you expect me to do about it? She asked if i wanted to go down and get a new order I told her I couldn't hence why I'm ordered in the first place. She says well not much I can do. I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered 60 lemon pepper wet wings for a trip to Nashville, only to discover upon arrival that they were unexpectedly sweet, not to my liking. Shopped here for the very first time at the Greenbriar location. I called in my order, walked in and was greeted. Didn't wait too long for my order. As I'm eating, I felt something stringy in my mouth pulled it out, hair. Very disgusted. Rummaging through the rice found two more strands of curly colored hair in my rice. Called to speak with a manager, apparently doesn't work on Sundays. Person I spoke with didn't offer an apology and told me everyone's hair is black there. Not something I needed or wanted to here.
