Hungry AF Greenbriar — Restaurant in Atlanta

Awful customer service, the cashier lacks social skills and really makes you want to walk back out. I was trying to ask a question and all she kept saying to me was Name, Name... I was saying to myself really, you didn't hear me asking a question smh...just rude. I was being nice though. I told the manager but he didnt really care or take heed about having good CS, he apologized nonchalantly as he really didnt care. The food was awful more like NAH, I was going by the pics posted and was getting food for someone else but I was going to try some of it myself so when i got the food, it looked ok at a glance but when they opened it and took a bite of the salmon it was old and hard, hibachi rice was ok it wasn't fresh...seemed like it had all been microwaved including the wings and fries ordered as well, the wing sauce was good, they just were not crispy, fresh or hot. I really want my money back as I was hungry and ended up starved as I had planned on eating some of that food too smh. Just really hate that I recommended them to anyone smh. Always try things for yourself first though...maybe this was just a bad experience for me and my friend...but it made me not want to go back...left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to the Greenbriar locate to get my son some Shrimp pasta. He was with his Grandma so, I dropped it off. My son placed the box in the refrigerator because he knew it had seafood on it. My mama called me last night to ask where I had gotten the food from and I told her Hungry AF. She told me she could not let my son eat it because when he pulled it out the refrigerator to warm it, the food had an awful smell to it. She said she had my son to smell it first and then she called his Aunt to come smell it. They said the food smelt so bad, it caused the entire kitchen to smell spoiled. I don’t stay on that side of town so I told my Mama to throw the food out so she could try to get rid of the smell. Unfortunately, there is no number to contact them, which is a little awkward for a business. I really enjoyed their food. My friend put me on to them. I know I can't get enough. This location food is bussin compare to the Decatur location. This time I tried the Decatur location it was good but it was my first time eating their food. My second time trying their food, my friend told me not to go to that location. I told them it was straight the first I had it. It must of been a good day that time, because the second time was nasty. I honestly gave the food to my dogs. So this time I went to the Greenbriar location like my friend struggled. The food was so good. I went on a Tuesday and bought their Tuesday special. Both trays of food was so good.
