I was in Georgia on business last year and was looking for something made in Georgia to bring home for my wife. I decided to pop in one morning and met Seth. He told me they were normally by appointment only but we browsed the store together and I picked a few things out and they were going to have it ready for me in a couple hours, since everything is made to order. I was in the store for 7 minutes and when I came out there was a boot on my car. Turns out if you park anywhere in Onward Reserve’s lots, which is not obvious enough, they will get you. Getting things resolved was a real pain and Seth helped a lot with it. The best place to park is along the white fence where the utilities are. Overall it was a fantastic experience. The shop owners are nice, their shop does in fact look like it does on their website, and their products are great. I’ve made a couple additional orders by now for other gifts. I absolutely loved the entire experience from beginning to end. Booking an appointment online was seamless and even the detailed email for finding the location and parking was a plus. I was thankful for that because Atlanta can get a little tricky at times especially because this location has other businesses around it and the sign to point you to entrance was even lovelier.

The young lady greeted me at the door with a smile and called me by my name. You even have the option of having a refreshment of your choice. The lady was absolutely thorough, kind and very helpful. We had a wonderful conversation while I picked out what I wanted and even decided on a couple other charms because I didn’t know they had more options available.

Peyton did a wonderful job walking me through and showing me each of the chains and charms, explaining the weights and feels of the chains, then letting me see what the charms that I really liked would look like on my wrist.
