I ordered through their website for delivery. The delivery was marked ass delivered but I never revived the food. There is literally a message that’s states to calls the store with concerns. I called to let them know I never received my order and looking for a resolution, a male answered stating “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then a female named Jessica who claims to be a “manager” gets on the phone stating delivery is through a third party and there’s nothing she can do for me as “we don’t deliver, we just make the food and we did our part”. She then states she will contact the manager to “maybe” give us a refund and to call back tomorrow. I asked if it was possible for the order to be remade and I come pick it up, she said no. She then refused to give me the “hiring managers” name, them being the only one who could authorize a refund and stated “call back tomorrow he will be here. I already told you my name it’s nothing that I can do tonight for you.” Then Jessica decided to hang up in my face. Ok cool. Very unprofessional especially as a “manager” and clearly additional training is needed on how to de-escalate situations, this being a prime example. The attitude was unnecessary and multiple other fast food restaurants are hiring, Chic-fil- A being one with every Sunday off. If you hate your job, QUIT!!! Nobody wants somebody with a nasty attitude like that...
Read moreCashier with the dreads was blatantly disrespectful and did not have a warm tone from the moment my parents and I walked in. It took them way too long to complete my order and the others before as well as afterwards. We asked for all 3 of our burgers to be cut in half and none of them were and they were all missing toppings. When we brought the errors to their attention the same employee and another with red braids were very rude and combative and were challenging us. It reached the point of their eyes being rolled and their voices being raised at us. The general manager was also in attendance throughout the entire encounter and not once reprimanded her crew. As an employee of Five Guys myself I know exactly how the situation should’ve been handled. My general manger would have never tolerated me or any of her crew to disrespect any customers the way they did. It would honestly be a shame if they are a corporate store and that’s how the crew is allowed to behave under the watch of their General Mangager. Never will we go to this location or refer anyone. The crew needs to be fixed. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and overall slow. There was one crew member however who had braces that did everything in his power to help correct the errors made. He had to come from his station (fries) to help fix...
Read moreThe food here is hit or miss. Consistency is NOT the word to describe them. Usually, the food is pretty good, but sometimes you just take a bite and want to throw the rest of it away. Like others said, the fries are super greasy. I wanted to comment about two of the employees. Firstly, boo to the young lady who wanted to talk to the customer in front of me about where the customer lived, where she was born, what she does for a living, etc. while I was patiently waiting. In fact, I waited so long the cook came up to me to ask how many patties I was going to order so he could start making my food, I sat down at a table next to the register to wait while they finished their conversation, and then another employee came to take my order after all of this. Jesus, it's okay to chat with customers, but semi-briefly when others are waiting. Secondly, double boo to the nasty girl who actually yelled out to the other employees that I was paying with a credit card (their receipts don't leave a line for a tip). If I wanted the entire store to know how I intend to pay, I can yell that out myself. I actually brought $2 in to put in the tip jar, but after that garbage, I think she can do without my hard...
