Rainbow Shops — Local services in Atlanta

The clothes are good, your typical Rainbow, but the workers here have nasty attitudes. Customer service matters, How you talk to and how you treat people matters. So with that being said, I personally won’t be spending my money or recommending others to spend their money at this MLK location. It’s rude to shout out loud to your coworker “Why didn’t you lock the door” as new customers come into the establishment. It’s horrible the manager was present and chose not to address how this particular little girl was acting. Also just so you are aware, Googled has listed that the store closes at 7p on Sundays. Here is Labor Day trying to get something last minute signs and website says open this lady will not let any of us in the store because she doesn’t feel comfortable until someone comes to work . So why did you come that is definitely a you problem. So now we have to reroute our self to accommodate you because you scared. Go work some place else then . This is ridiculous, the other two ladies was riding the bus. Thank God I drive . Even if you felt like that you could have done us one by one . But to not serve us at all was crazy . Visiting from out of town! This store offered a great variety of sizes and styles including plus sizes up to 3X/4X (24), which was a major plus. Customer service was excellent! Asia was amazing her personality was vibrant, and she gave fantastic product recommendations. She also seemed very knowledgeable about the area, which was super helpful for someone visiting. The store was clean, organized, and visually well put together.
