I had to share this. I went to get lashes 1/28/2025. A older woman came to get nails done and was told she has to pay upfront. The older lady asked when did they start that? Lana said two weeks ago because somebody walked out without paying. The older lady was nice and soft spoken. She said I pick my groceries before I pay for them. She told Lana that’s not right you should know your customers. Lana said the girl been there twice. That is not a customer, customers come every two weeks or once a month. You recognize yours customers when they come in. She told the older lady if you don’t like it go somewhere else. She was so disrespectful. I set on the table to get lashes she wanted me to pay up front and had the nerve to tell me not to talk on the phone. What my mouth have do with my lashes. How would she feel if I tell her not to talk while doing my lashes. I payed because she do great lashes. The rest of the services that they offer is sorry. They half do everything.
