West Ridge Shopping Center — Local services in Atlanta

I give the grocery store front end 5 because those girls are very nice and have good customer service skills. The store itself should be negative 5. The store should not smell the way it does. Prices are extremely high for the area. I visited this store yesterday and just price compared prices with Wal-Mart, Krogers and Food Depot. As a regular shopper at other stores, this store is over priced than any other store. I know the pick 5 makes it looks like you get more for your money, but it doesn't. As a cash paying consumer I do look for great deals and this store right here is robbing the people in the community blind. A gallon of milk here is .89 more than any other store. Yeah some people may say oh it's only change but it adds up weekly. I believe the prices are jacked because the convenience of the location for some shoppers to get too. Next time you visit just pull up the apps for the other stores and see the price difference in some of their products. I paid at least 18$ more then what I would if I shopped at my other stores. The place is somewhat exclusive in that it is tucked away behind the labor department and unless you know what you're looking for you won't find it or see it from the street. It caters to foreigners specifically which is great. But don't go in thinking you will find anything American and I mean anything at all. The only thing I saw was American potatoe chips. I think every foreigner in Atlanta knew about this grocery store because it was packed and the workers had boxes of new goods everywhere. It was like I was in another country band solemnly I could feel how they felt when they first came to America and everything was foreign. let me just say this the smell of that store was horrible! Only one in there for a few minutes but when you first walk in the smell hit you like ammonia! I mean it reminded me of another store I went into and it smelled the same. I kid you not I will be terrified to buy anything in that store just because of the smell! The area is almost like a vacant lot oh, there are a few stores in the shopping plaza but not too too many. Just be safe when you go over there. Lock your doors and don't leave your children in the car or animals just be safe and think before you get out of your vehicle!
