A complete and honest review of this studio... it really deserved a 3.5 but I just had to round down because I was not very impressed overall.
Pros: multiple classes offered at all times throughout the day, studio is very clean and modern looking, is it truly hot yoga as you come out drenched, the staff is always nice at the front door and answer all questions thoroughly, they check temperatures which makes me feel a little bit better upon walking in, they give the cool towels at the end of class which I love.
Cons: #1 & by far the most crucial-PRICE. Itās $125/MO or $1300 lump sum if you do it upfront for the year for unlimited. Thatās practically a car payment!! They do offer a special welcome price for your 1st month but thatās where Iām stopping. I am coming from a very nice studio where I paid $80/MO unlimited hot yoga. #2 the instructors move QUICKLY throughout the class, yes I understand you can go at your own pace and it is a flow class but I mean itās literally more of a workout pace than a yoga pace. it feels awkward when you are the only person not in that pose and then if you get 2-3 poses behind suddenly you have missed the whole mini series and you gotta meet everybody in downward dog. #3 they donāt really switch up the poses in between classes so It was repetitive for me. #4 they automatically charge a $15 cancel fee if you cancel your class even if you book 30 min before the class starts. #5 they have so many instructors I can never remember their names and itās not very personable. #6 the good class times especially on the weekends fill up quickly if you donāt book about 3 days in advance and they have some kind of weird wait list thing where if somebody doesnāt show they call you last minute which is messy to me.
It seems they are after money versus authenticity. I guess compared to other studios in Atlanta which I plan on trying this one is comparable but I am going back to my YouTube yoga in the meantime until I find one a little more...

Iām not sure if my review was brought to the instructors attention but the music for Hip Hop flow class has switched up tremendously. I decided to give it a try once again and I am pleased to say that the vibe of the music matches the theme of the classšš½ Now my favorite teacher for Hiphop flow is Lauren Haisfield loooove her playlist, her flows definitely challenges you each time and her bubbly personality is super enjoyable during class. Sheās my main reason I keep coming to Hiphop flow at 4:30pm. āŗļøš
āāāāāā- I love this location more than the others but recently tried out the hip hop flow class twice now and it was a little disappointing that the title of the class is a bit misleading. The first time I went the hip hop songs had edm beats over it then the 2nd class had more of a mix of pop songs to the playlist. Also when you book your classes try to get there early to get the spot youād be comfortable practicing in because the room gets so packed sometimes that you are super close to others sweating heavily š© I have definitely gotten there like 5min before the class starts and left because itās wayyyy too packed for me, I would legit die if someoneās sweat flickers on to me...

This place is awesome. The community is extremely welcoming, and really encouraging. As a dude with no flexibility, I could have given up after the first class. At first it seemed fast, hot, and I simply couldnāt do 80% of the flow. However, the encouragement and willingness of the instructors to answer EVERY question Iāve ever had, has made this experience truly awesome.
I really enjoy the hands on assist in these classes, they help deepen your understanding.
PROS: Number of instructors is a huge plus. You find the ones you like the most for sure⦠A large variety of classes! I found the Yin and Foundations classes extremely helpful early on and come back to them often. Good vibes. Positive folks. ON TIME (they start and end on time). This is huge as someone who is on the go so often. Multiple locations, and with showers available. Yearly price(seems steep at first, but if you go often, itās totally worth it)
As someone who is finding yoga for the first time in their late 30ās, I couldnāt recommend the practice or this...
