Nice pocket park. Definitely something for the neighborhood to be proud of. Lots of shade. Triangular shape is basically 1/3 playground, 1/3 turf field with two small goals, and 1/3 just plain grass suitable for whatever. It's rarely empty but there's usually only a few groups of people here, mostly parents with kids playing, sometimes couples or older kids just chilling. It's walkable from my house (one of the only parks that is) but there's usually free parking available during the day across the street. So, not that I want to blow up my quiet park, but it's bound to happen with all the apartments coming, so come enjoy my spot!
