An improper prescription protocol required the pharmacist to call the doctor to verify. I only informed the pharmacist and her assistant of what the doctor gave me to present. After speaking with the doctor I was aggressively informed that the prescription would not be allowed again unless the doctor complied with correct protocols. I did not appreciate the tone of voice from either the pharmacist or her assistant. They made me feel that I was the one at fault. I am changing to another Walgreens after many years at the Mayport road location. I said it's not 6 yet still have 10 min. She said by the time I get you prescription filled out it will be 6pm. She said I needed to go across town. The pharmaceutical guy said right.
