Unfortuanately, the service, attitude of the owners and employees and hygeine pratices of the staff is very sub-par. My last visit there was not a good one. First I witnessed a employee agrue on the phone with a customer about their order then hang up the phone and openly rant about her displeasure over the conversation ( In front of the owner, who didn't seem to have an issue with it.) Then I witnessed the owner come from the dining room after watching TV to answer the phone while licking his fingers to acguire paper to take down the order. He then completed a money transaction with me ( Yes after he licked his fingers). Then he preceeded to the food prep area and grapped a hand full of lettuce and started to prepare food. Never breaking stride to wash his hands. I often see employees come from outside were they like to "hang" when business is slow. Never washing one's hands. Read moreWe've been ordering from them for years. The quality of service and product has got worse and worse. We just ordered for our last time. They do not hear the order properly even though I speak slowly and clearly and it doesn't matter who takes the order. The employees get it wrong, then blame the customer. The last time I ordered they had the toppings wrong. This time they completely left something off. When I called they said that I didn't order it and wasn't charged for it. I said "We'd still like it" they said "do you want anything else?" I said "Just the salad" to which they replied "Sorry, we cannot deliver unless it's over $10" I said, "But we spent way more than $10 when we ordered it the first time." Their reply? Read moreI order their delivery when I'm at work. I ordered the same thing at least 4 times and only got my order correct once. To be fair they offered a refund or a replacement but it's already too late. The pizza is below average, undercooked cheese. The wings are subpar. Maybe the other food is good, never tried much.
Keep your order simple. To prevent mistakes.
3 Stars for atmosphere because I've never been inside.
2 Stars for food because when it's done correctly, probably the best wings in the area. But they are 1 out of 4 tries for me. Exact same order 4 times, only correct once.
1 Star for service because they put you hold and you can hear everything going on and the phone quality on their end is bad. Very quiet and when you yell they can't hear you. We tried 3 different phones.
Try it if your in a pinch, avoid it if you have time...
