Went to get a Hanes Manual for my husband Ford F-150 and they were pretty busy when I arrived. It was 2 men working and getting parts for the other customers and the younger male employee was helping an elderly gentleman and opening up his wiper blades he had purchased so he could install them and was very attentive to what the older gentleman was saying it took me by surprise actually. Usually younger people don't really pay that much attention to an elderly person but this young employee was very respectful and helpful to him and before he walked out with the customer he asked if I needed any help with something and asked could I wait a moment so he could finish up with his customer or if I wanted I could go by the counter and see if I see the manual I needed and that I could do Self Check if I didn't want to wait. He said he would be right back and would help me. I took it upon myself to do what he suggested and I didn't see the year for Ford I was looking for and when I went to leave he was coming back in to check to see if I needed his assistance. He was very polite and helpful. The store was very clean and the outside looked great. Usually u will see a small bit of trash over their parking lots from people not caring but their parking lot and whole outside exterior was very clean and eye catching with the displays n the windows. Wendy took the time to ensure that we had the correct battery, worked to get us the military discount (I am a veteran) and went through the pain of changing out the battery in the rain for us. Wendy also offered pointers and hints of proper battery management and the most effective way to reset the computer in the car with the new battery. The price for the battery was high, but that was not Wendy's fault and she did take the time to measure and make sure the batter would fit. We were there for 20 minutes and now have a new battery. But with that being said Tim that works at this particular location does everything in his absolute power to get to every single person as soon as they want to be served, which usually goes against something that he's doing, and still manages to make it all work while still being extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
