This experience is one I would not wish on anyone. It was so disappointing and t left me sad about the whole process of my dream floors. So many things went wrong that I have to list them out. #1. The columns into my drive way were hit by a vehicle, we were told it was like that when they got here. Wow!!! #2 when turning off the water to out hallways bathroom, for some reason they decided to do it from the main valve where the city would need to do it. They broke the bolts and the water dad to be turned off for a few hours. Once again we were meet with ‘It was like that when we we opened it up’. Absolutely not!!! #3 what the floors were supposed to be done there were so many mistakes that we had to call and ask for a supervisor to come out. He can and was very apologetic. He agrees to pay $250.00 to help restore the columns and he took an extra $500.00 of our total price. I was reluctant but was just ready for the process to be over. You would think that would be the end of it, but no. When the new guy came out to fix the mistakes and the lack of cocking in rooms, we discovered that in the hall way there was something just left under the floor. POV: they finished the floors on Thursday and on Friday some had to be token up and replaced because they just left wood under the floor and didn’t bother cleaning it up. I was furious! #4 we were told that a maid service would be out to clean all the spaces that were worked in. The service was 2 hours late and didn’t clean worth a penny. Me and my husband had to move most of out furniture back into place #5 which was suppose to be done, we had to take plastic off the walls and TVs, and we had to clean out entire home top to bottom because of all the dust. This was the first week or August 2025. School started back and it was already stressful and I could not hold back tears. My dream floors turned into a nightmare that I wish I never started. To not be shy, we payed close to $13,000.00 for these floors. When I tried to reach out to management I was meet with welp we gave you $500.00 off what else do you want. I am still finding mistakes that were made and it pisses me off so much. We have to have out bathroom toilet redone because the genus who put it back after the floors were done sat it ON TOP of a bed of cocking so no one can sit on that toilet because it will fall over. Go with a different company, any other company because I’m still losing money on top of the $13,000.00 that was lost in...

I am giving a 5 star rating because of the experience I had dealing with Guy, Ron and thier installation team. The journey of replacing the stairs from Carpet to Wood was made easy by this wonderful team. As soon as I searched on the internet, I got a call from Guy, who set up an appointment and was on dot. I really mean it...he rang the bell 1 minute before the scheduled time...he showed me a good match for an existing wood in my living room and then gave me a convincing quote. He assured me of the best service and left Next came in a call from Ron who, along with his implementation team, finished the job as promised. I did have a slight issue with a stain color mismatch and stopped the work But, Ron immediately jumped into action and resolved my queries. A big shout out to Javier and Jose who installed the wood on my stairs with so much professionalism... it was an awesome experience. They did not leave a single piece of wood or nail or dust behind. Totally loved it!!! A big Thank you once again to this...

I recently worked with Floor Coverings International and had the pleasure of meeting Guy and Alex. Their in-home consultation was thorough, complete with precise measurements and a detailed estimate. They were not only friendly and punctual but also every easy to communicate with. Their expert advice and professionalism were evident throughout the process. The pricing was fair and reasonable.

The installation team was equally impressive. Brandon and his team arrived promptly, were polite, and showed great respect for my home. Their work was solid and completed in a timely manner. To top it off, Alex returned to inspect the work, ensuring complete satisfaction and that no questions were left unanswered.
