Yeah don't waste your time... after walking in the front door standing in line the staff walked up to the cash register (where I was standing) and told me I needed to go outside and get the drive through line or order on the App. The drive through line was stupid long so I asked...

"Can I just order I mean we are both here right here right now"

I their infinite wisdom they had decided only to allow people to order on the App or in Drive through "Due to C-Vid19" which makes no sense because I was talking to the person that "would" take my order if they took orders inside???

Anyway not willing to sit in a long line burning $3.00 per gallon fuel for some cheap tacos I decided to download the app, which after doing the whole login thing, adding credit card etc... the app said this location isn't accepting app orders.

So you probably know what I did at this point. YES I left (they lost a customer which they had every opportunity to gain) and went to Sonic where I was met by friendly staff and easy ordering on the screen or on the app. So if you want delicious Tacos or KFC DO NOT stop at this place and instead get a wonderful snack, Chili Dog, Hamburger or Tots at Sonic instead. You'll be glad you did!

P.S. I drove to Sonic, got my food and saw the line of cars had only decreased by 3 at...

Monday night they were very busy, but the staff handled it and still got everyone through the drive through in a timely manner, AND got the order 100% correct! AWESOME...maybe they got their staffing right. Tonight, another busy night, wait wasn't too bad, but my order was incorrect. Literally received only 60% of my order!! My orders are usually moderately sized, as I have a big family. I don't hold up the already backed up drive through just to itemize my order. That's not fair to those behind me. The staff literally just have to read off of a receipt and fill the bags with the purchased food. I get it... when busy, the job can be stressful... but come on already... can these people not accurately read, count nor follow directions? It's the only taco bell/kfc in town since our town is so small. So being as we like both, we order one or the other about once a week as a family treat. My order has been incorrect far more than it has been correct. I would say it's a 60/40 ratio of wrong to right. Visited drive thru on 11/17/2023 at 9:41PM. I received my order at 10:06 after being told to pull up past the window to wait for my food. When I finally got my food home I was disgusted when I opened my “cheese” quesadilla. The picture is literally what it looked like when I unwrapped it. They forgot cheese for the nacho fries but that’s the not a huge deal. The quesadilla however, was so nasty looking I couldn’t even eat anything else. It also had chicken. I traveled back to hopefully get it replaced, although I may not have even been able to eat it at this point. I arrived at 10:27 and while trying to communicate with the staff at the speaker, they ignored me for 5 minutes and then turned the lights off. Drove up to the window and could hear people but they refused to come to the window even after honking my horn. I understand that this is fast food but if a worker could be disgusting enough to serve me this, who knows what else goes on here. I’ve literally only written 1 other review in my life but this experience was so gross and bad that I had to write this so other people...
