T-Mobile — Local services in Attalla

I will be switching to verizon, I am sick and tired of trying to make a payment on their website and the payments don't process. It gets to the confirmation screen and just goes blank I set my phone aside to let it think about it and it never processes the payment. I have to fight every month to make a payment, I called today to make a payment and their phone system won't acknowledge when I say yes or press one to pay my bill. So I called the customer service and they said they were going to charge me a five dollar fee and they could not wave it to process my payment with a representative. Insinuated that I don't know how to use their website. Like I'm too stupid to press a few buttons and run my card through a payment system. This is a scam, their systems do not work they very rarely work and then they try to charge you extra to get an extra $5 fee from you. I'm going to Verizon I'm sick of fighting to make a payment every month. Their service is lousy anyway, my music is constantly buffering, half the time when I'm outside of my own Wi-Fi I try to do a Google search and it doesn't work. I'm sick of the...

I was in your store recently and very confused about how to resolve a couple of problems with my phone. Without making this senior citizen feel overwhelmed at all, a lovely young woman named Carrianne helped me with them, one by one, even getting things worked out so I get it for less. Something about Sprint to T-Mobile. She deserves a thumbs up for customer service and efficiency. I was out the door in time to pick up my dog from the groomer on time and feeling very pleased our family is with T-Mobile. I will remember her name and ask for Carrianne next time...
