After our fire happened last month. We chose Hampton Inn through our insurance company and by far it’s been a great experience considering we’ve been here for a month today. The rooms are huge. It’s perfect for family! They have welcomed our animals without any issues, although I do highly recommend that if you are staying at any type of pet friendly hotel, you bring a pet carrier or a kennel if you have bigger furr babies like we do. Be aware that other animals will probably be in the hotel as well too. I absolutely love that Hampton Inn has treated us with the upmost respect and loved our animals just as much but that goes without saying that we had complaints about my big dogs and ended up boarding them temporarily. The down side of our stay was that part because not everyone understands how a pet friendly hotel works nor do they care from what I’ve seen. Overall, the rooms are very clean, well kept and maintained by the housekeeper daily. I love the privacy that a simple door hanger gives my family and the fact that the day shift manager sherry has been in our corner and went above and beyond to make sure we are as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else even after being forced to board our German shepherd mix puppies, they still allowed us to keep our cat and my daughters guinea pig in the room regardless. If only the owners of the hotel next to the Hampton Inn would get their stuff together and clean up a lot (including their staff) this would be a great location for the Hampton!

This hotel is THE place to stay in this area or on the way to Chattanooga. The staff are accommodating and kind and it is easy to find. The rooms are very clean and updated. It is a safe location. My absolutely favorite part of the hotel stay was the surprising and awesome breakfast!!! 😋 Usually, I want the free breakfast but I know that it will not be anything I really want or like. It usually sucks, to be honest, but here.... It was so awesome! I LOVE that the breakfast is unique and catered to their clientele. It shows that they really are observant and care about their returning customers. Surprisingly, it also showcased the international clients they have. One might not think this, but going to get hotel, when we saw the rice and rice seasoning we really felt at home and happily surprised. It inspires me to earn more about the area and to find that there is an international presence that is dedicated to business in the area. This kind of attention to detail is wonderful. I absolutely this little bespoke corner or the breakfast bar. It made my day and the rest of the trip. I wanted to stay here on my way back but I left too late to make it this far in one go. I will definitely stay here again when I do this roadtrip. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn to all. It changed my perspective about Hampton Inn and I completely and wholeheartedly recommend it. You will meet fantastic staff and feel the care they bring to each and every customer. Great job!!! Seven stars!

As a Hilton diamond member, I realize that I get to travel more than most. Having stayed in many hotels, Hilton is usually very comfortable and you know what you are getting when you book a room. You typically spend a little more than other national chains but I pay it for the better beds, free breakfasts, free Internet, good AC units and usually good water pressure in the showers. This is the first Hilton I have stayed in that has horrible water pressure. That being said the front office staff have been great, when I needed some extra bags do to a injury to my hand, they were very helpful. With all my travels for the state of Alabama, this is only the second location in 11 years to request to see me state ID for my government rate. I didn't mind getting it and all in all I am still pleased with this property.

I travel for business a lot and have been everywhere from cental Mexico to Northern Canada. My reviews of each have been open and honest. Rarely have I been able to give a Hampton Inn less than 5 stars. This particular Hampton had a few issues that rubbed me the wrong way.

When we first arrived we were treated well and welcomed. We were instructed that if we needed any resupply of shampoos, soap, or towels that we could ask at the front desk. Otherwise our rooms would not be cleaned and restocked unless we asked. I like this setup because of the times (COVID-19). Unfortunately, after my group ran out of shampoo, we asked at the front desk for restock and were told they didn't have any. This happened two days in a row which tells me after they couldn't resupply us the first time, no efforts were made to correct the issue. Luckily after the 2nd failed attempt an attendant went out of her way to go get some off the maid cart and delivered to her room.

The 2nd issue I had was with the bath tubs. I'm not one to take baths. Like most I prefer showers. One of my pet peeves is that the shower basin shouldn't pop or make noises when you stand in it. This one did.

Last issue was the largest overall. When we arrived, we received a complimentary bottle of water. I have pills to take daily and when I come back from working at a site, I like to get another water for the morning. When I tried to pickup the water at the front desk, I was denied and told that Diamond members are only allowed the one bottle upon arrival. In all my travels and many stays at all the hotels that Hilton offers, I've never been rejected when requesting one bottle of water per day from the front desk. This is one of the smallest and cheapest forms of hospitality that you can offer a guest and an incredibly small price to pay for customer satisfaction, regardless of membership level.

All in all not a bad experience, but not great either. Rooms were clean, attendants were presentable and operated within the the boundaries that were set for them, beds were soft, good water pressure, Premium WiFi was strong enough for me to work remotely, and the breakfast was well laid out and easily accessible.

I hope management takes this review into consideration and makes adjustments accordingly so my next review can be 5 stars, as all...
