7-Eleven — Local services in Auburn

Please, do NOT waste your time by going to this 711 location. I pulled up to a pump at 2:55AM on my way to work. The main reason I pulled into and parked at a gas pump was due to My tank being nearly empty and to pump over $100 worth of gas. However, my fiance called right as I was parking and we were discussing something for maybe 4 - 5 minutes which is when the employee knocked on my window. I asked if I could help him and he asked what seemed to me to be a ridiculous question, which was, what I was doing here....??? Really? What do most people do when parked at a gas pump? (Side note: I was the ONLY car between 14 pumps so I don't think anyone was having to wait.) I asked him what the problem was. He replied that I had been here too long and that security had called and that I needed to leave. He gave me no option to pump gas and especially didn't offer the benefit of doubt that maybe I was truly just on a phone call, which I was when he knocked on the door. I even had my fiance on speakerphone, so there was no doubt that I was on a phone call. And the security he spoke of? Either security was non existent and he was lying or they have an incredibly paranoid person watching their cameras and they called in and told him to demand that I leave. I have never in my life been treated like a 2nd class citizen and a possible thief like I was at this location. Guess what? I pump $100 of gas 2 times per week on top of the items I purchase each time I stop. But this 7-11 location will never get another dime of my business again. Not very convenient for a...

The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff are nice. However, they will constantly push for you to buy more, to the extent that they tell you incorrect prices of items just to sell it, or try to convince you that it'll be cheaper if you buy more. What they actually mean by "cheaper" is that it's a "better deal." It is NOT cheaper to spend $3 when I intended to spend $1. I don't want a deal of 3 things when I only asked for 1. If you say so, they will just tell you to buy it anyway because it's a better price. They also seem to have prices that change at the register or don't make sense for the advertised deals around the store (how do 2 taquitos advertised to be $2.79 turn into $3.98?) which has made me put items back...

My favorite location to stop at. Every single time I'm in the area I (or my husband) always stops by here. Everyone is always kind and polite, they all have a smile and a happy greeting. The store is always clean ( which is a huge plus considering I've been inside some locations that are disgusting, ) when I've felt uncomfortable walking back outside to my car I spoke up and a male employee even walked me out to my car, honestly as a women that's a big deal to me (and my kids).
