Ringo Wok Teriyaki — Restaurant in Auburn

Ordered the kung pao chicken, it was delicious! Comes with two nice big scoops of rice and a good portion of chicken and various vegetables (there are peanuts!) The sauce goes well with the rice, yum. It had just the right amount of spiciness (you probably can’t eat this if you have 0 tolerance for spice). Pick up of the takeout order went smoothly, food was ready fast and I was in and out. Restaurant itself was small and a bit dark but clean enough. The man at the front/cashier was friendly. Be wary though that they don’t really read the special instructions/notes; I asked for a spoon, chopsticks, and napkins in my pick up order but ended up with just a single small/thin napkin and a fork. The sauce had spilled out from the edges of the styrofoam takeout box so thankfully there was a plastic bag around it, it was a bit messy inside the bag.. Other than that though, food was great! Would come back again to give it another shot and to try out some other dishes...

The girl at the counter was very friendly and took my order right away. The teriyaki chicken and mongolian beef were very tasty and large portions for the price. The hot and sour soup was mediocre given all I can taste was sriracha, I had better at other restaurants. I could have given this restaurant 4 stars but was over-charged for extra shrimp when it was apparent that they didn't add any extras given the girl at the counter asked the cook if there were extra shrimp after she looked at the to-go container. Ended up only had about 4 or 5 pieces of shrimp in the fried rice. When I ate a piece of the shrimp, it was softer than it should be and a little off-taste which I ended up spitting it out. I would go back for the teriyaki chicken and the mongolian beef if I ever wanted teriyaki because the restaurant is just around the corner from...

My first time going here I got to deal with a younger lady at the front and she was actually pretty nice , ordered the chicken teriyaki and it wasn’t the best , so I decided to give it another try but this time I had to deal with the mean older lady everyone is talking about , and oh my goodness it was bad ...

Tried a different plate that came out cold to the touch , asked her to look at it and she (without gloves) starts poking at the food , and says it’s fine !

I proceeded with I say that I wouldn’t be coming back and she says “whatever “

Horrible customer service, food was not even safe to eat , and the best part is that just next door they have all the same dishes but taste amazing and the service next door is great!
