Linda - the owner of this horrible Subway - is quite possibly the worst Subway owner in the history of Subways. Today was the last straw. It's always risky when going to this particular Subway but unfortunately it's the closest one to our house so we "risked" it today. A new girl was working. She asked us what meat to put on the sandwich. Clearly she's had a lot of training, right? The meatball sub had no meatballs. It had chunks of deformed slop with dark-red tinted layers that looks like it has been sitting out for an unknown amount of time. When my wife complained at the time, the new girl said "no, they're meatballs..." which showed that she wasn't listening to our concerns nor cared.
We called the owner, Linda. She was very rude cutting us off and defending her moron employee. I've seen so much turn-over at this Subway it's really no surprise with such a rude owner. She was not apologetic or interested in making it right. I guess she must really be strapped for cash - even if it means haggling customers over $6.
Even though this is the most convenient Subway, I will NEVER be back. I genuinely hope the worst for them and that they go out of business. I highly recommend you save yourself from food poisoning (yes, me and my wife had it at different times from going to this Subway) and disappointment and go...
Read moreUsually fine. Today I asked for a sandwich off of the large menu sign on the wall, "Turkey, Spinach, Avocado"
1st, I noticed that the prices were reversed so I brought that to their attention no biggy but they could have honored what they were advertising.
2nd, I asked for nothing extra just the usual what kind of cheese do you want tomato etc. when I get to the cash register, a $5.70 sand + med coke came to over $10.00, then they tried to say I was getting a discount? They evidently added bacon (extra $) without my permission, they charged me more $ for the avocado that was supposed to be part of the sandwich and tried to argue with me on the details and I assume that was the manager!
Needless to say, I wasted my 30 min lunch waiting inline to order a sandwich that I had to refuse due to the above reasons. All I have...
Read moreWhile there was no line and my sandwich was made immediately, it was possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had made at a Subway. I ordered a foot long meatball sub, toasted to be split with my son. It was as though this poor gal had never made a sandwich before. She put way too much sauce on, placed all of the sauce and meatballs in the fold of the bread (instead of on the bottom part of the bread), and when she went to cut the sandwich...it's a hot soggy mess. I think half of the sauce has dripped off and onto the wrapper. My son couldn't even eat his half as a sandwich. The meatballs and sauce ended up all over the plate I placed his food on. While everything was hot, I am not impressed with how our food was made. I believe this gal needs additional training on how to...
