Lezzet Brunch — Restaurant in Auburn

I very rarely write reviews but I absolutely have to for this place. The food was remarkable. I got the beef mandi, my husband got the chicken rice bowl, and we shared a grilled vegetable salad and some baklava. Every element of each dish was perfectly seasoned, perfectly dressed, and perfectly cooked. The flavors were exquisitely balanced. The presentations are artful and gorgeous, and the portion sizes just right. Everything we tried was crave-worthy, but I think I could eat the grilled vegetable salad every day for the rest of my life and not get sick of it- no hyperbole. I'm not the easiest person to impress when it comes to food, but this is the best lunch I've had in a long while. The atmosphere was charming, bright, and clean, and the service was friendly and understated. While we were dining, there was a long table of beautiful Middle Eastern women- I think friends or family of the staff, judging by body language- having a very animated conversation in another language, and their lovely chatter was such a sweet backdrop to our lunch. We really wanted to make this place a regular for my daughter and I. The very first time we went in we loved the selection on the menu. The wait time was a little long but we got water and it was very busy. We got our coffees first before the meal, lovely! They did bring us the wrong order but that was easy to do with it being so busy. The food, divine! The last time was different however. It was not busy at all. There was one couple ahead of us and then about four or five other customers came after us. We never got water, never got our coffee. We only ordered 2 coffees, a food to share and a new dessert to try. My daughter went up and asked and was told it was almost ready. I watched the owner come in after and get his coffee and the same dessert we ordered and then every other customer get their order and we still had nothing. We went up to tell them to forget it and there was one coffee sitting on a tray so I thought it might be ours finally. No, they then proceeded to add two other drinks to the tray and off the order went. We asked for a refund and wont be back. Food is great, service...

Me and my friends we went there from Redmond and we had a visit guest from Florida. We ordered food for 6 people and we paid for everything went well but after we sat down. The costumer service was terrible, the server brought the glass water and forks just dropped them without any respect without any question or (excuse me). We looked each other and felt shamed. After she served the food our guest asked for some more bread but unfortunately the same server said ( no bread without paying. Pay first and I bring it) OMG. We are talking for 2 slices of bread. I stand to pay for but Noone was there to take care of it. Anyway she is THE MOST terrible servent and the RUDEST servent in the Earth.

The last but not the least she came to me and told me to move with my chair tight to the table because (she) doesn't have the room to walk.

Anyway we felt so shame on front of our guest.

When we were ready to leave we wont to talk to the manager of the restaurant about it we aked them non of them was responding for.
