Purchased a King Koil bed that is defective. Have used King Koil before with good results, this particular mattress is obviously defective. The rep could only say that unless a spring was protruding there was nothing covered.

After some research it turns out that there is no one King Koil factory that makes these beds under quality control. Rather factories all over the world make mattresses under the King Koil label. The factory that made this mattress is in Georgia and the phone number is not in service.

Not much I can say about this furniture store except it is typical furniture store pushing high-priced items that are lower quality. I need to shop around and compare prices to other stores and do some more homework. But I didn't have a good gut feeling...
