Note: This review is for take-out/delivery only. Everything we ordered for delivery was inedible and went straight into the trash. The grilled beef was dry, and the pork Bánh mì was so greasy it fell apart. The sandwich sort of looked like an oily, orange hot tamale before I unwrapped it. The beef in the spring roles was dry; otherwise it was the best thing we ordered. If you're a fan of spring rolls, skip the mayo-based yum yum sauce and request the traditional peanut sauce. We often order Vietnamese food delivery at home in New Orleans, so we know these items travel well when prepared and packaged correctly. Judging from the positive reviews and enticing customer food photos, Pho Lee is most certainly worth a try for dining in, just not for takeout.

I had dinner here and ordered the A2 Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls (2 rolls) as an appetizer and the N11 Dumplings Egg Noodle Soup (shrimp, pork, and dumplings, small, no cilantro) as my entrée. The food itself was tasty and satisfying, and the inside of the restaurant is kept clean. The only downside is the atmosphere. Every time I visit, it feels a bit too dark inside and the yellowish lighting makes the space look less fresh than it actually is. If they could brighten up the lighting, it would really make the clean interior stand out more. Overall, good food and clean space :) just wish the lighting matched the freshness of the meal.

Best restaurant Pho I've ever had. So my mother is from Cambodia, and Cambodia and Vietnam have very similar food. And well nothing can beat my mom's Pho, Pho Lee gave the closest I've ever had to it!!!! I will definitely be returning, probably later this week. Service was reasonably quick and kind. Some cons though: Spring Rolls did not have much too them especially $5+ for 2, very poor honestly and not worth the $5+ for just 2 spring rolls. The rare steak in my Pho was tough somehow? I'm used to a little bit thicker steak that isn't so tough.

My son was a server in this restaurant during college. Even before that as soon as the restaurant opened our family was eating in there and giving them our patronage. Having moved here from Destin Florida and Fort Walton Beach area we ate Thai food Thai orchid there all the time and our favorite was panang curry and pad Thai noodles. We thought that we had found another home away from home for this food. I have been eating and ordering to go there for at least seven years or since the day they opened. Today I ordered it to go. I always order mild because my stomach cannot take spicy seasoning. The person taking the order was named Jimmy. I’m assuming he’s in the family owners bc of his arrogance. My friend and I decided not to take it to go but to eat it on site. When the food was delivered I could not eat it it was way too spicy for my palate and my stomach. My mouth and lips were on fire and my tongue was burning and my throat was burning. So I called for the server to do something about it and what preceded was a 15 to 20 minute speech from Jimmy arguing with me about how I did not know how to properly order the dish. Of course that is not true because I have been ordering the same thing and able to eat it for all these years. The person that I took to the restaurant he was kind enough to buy our lunch and said it was too spicy for her and she would never order any spicy food because of my stomach. I didn’t think I had to ask them to make it over so that I could eat it, I assumed they would offer, since the most important thing is to please the customer who is paying $20 for one dish of food which we did. But Jimmy boy goes inside and brings out another person until three of them were standing around the table arguing with us about how I was wrong and he was right. It looks like success has gone to your head, Jimmy! You will learn as you mature that the customer is always right. This review is going to reach far and wide. Wouldn’t have been much simpler, Jimmy, to just say let’s do a redo so you can eat it and saved 15 to 20 minutes of your ranting and my having to stand up for myself repeating over and over “I’ve been ordering the same dish the same way ever since you opened your doors and I have never not been able to eat it.” So chew on that! You got a one star rating from me which is generous considering how RUDE you are snd because in the past the dish had toppings on it like green onions and possibly bamboo sprouts, something crunchy sprinkled on the top with the peanuts. This dish came overloaded with spice red pepper flakes all in it and a few peanuts. Disgusting and definitely not...

We ordered this place for the first time through DoorDash. Somehow a portion of the order was missing due to an issue through doordash and the restaurant. After we received our food we noticed one of the items was missing and after calling and speaking to the staff it seemed to have been a mistake due to DoorDash. The restaurant offered to bring us the missing item personally so we didnt have to go get it. We were so thoroughly impressed by the customer service when it wasnt their fault. Any other restaurant could've passed the buck as a mistake by doordash and told us to figure it through them, instead they delivered it to us personally. Not only was the customer service fantastic but the food was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the pork bahn mi and it was one of the best ones she has had and I ordered the thai spice lemongrass shrimp (I'm usually skeptical when a place labels something as thai spice as usually I am underwhelmed) and not only was the dish delicious but it was definitely spicy. We will 100% be ordering from them again and were blown away by the food and how they handled a mistake that wasn't...

I just finished eating a fantastic meal at pho Lee. Today is my 24th birthday, and I was blessed with the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. Jimmy was kind, courteous, and completely understanding. I ordered a dish and asked for it to be completely devoid of any spice (I would never ever order it with the word “mild” since that implies spice). However, there was one grain of salt and my palate literally exploded. I nicely, and politely, explained the problem to Jimmy and he completely understood and said he would comp the meal and thanked me for not being rude immediately for no reason. Later, the food came back and tasted completely of cardboard (exactly what I wanted) which made my birthday all the more special. Jimmy and I got along great, and for my birthday we even did soju bombs together. What a homie. He likes anime and NBA, so really just all around a cool dude. He made that restaurant into a home for me and I will be back for as long as he is there, manning the fort. Pho...
