Now that I've announced my engagement to family and friends I'm finally able to leave a review! Johnny on the Spot exceeded my expectations. I've never gotten any sort of jewelry resized or altered before and was a little apprehensive at first, especially since my first piece I was resizing was my engagement ring. When I Googled "ring resizing" Johnny on the Spot was #1 on Google's local list of people; above all the Kay Jewelers and corporate businesses. I immediately called him and scheduled to drop off my ring later the next day. I was able to get my ring back 24 hours after dropping it off! I was looking for someone who could resize my ring. I read all of the great reviews from this place and decided to take a chance. When I contacted John, he was so quick to respond. I dropped my ring off to him and he had it resized the very next day! He was so nice and professional! Also, when I came back John was courteous enough to not charge me for resizing the ring to thank my husband for his service in the military! I was completely shocked! It made my entire day! Needed to have my Great Grandmother's wedding set resized since it's being passed down to me since I'm getting married. My Granny got married in 1955. John made my rings look brand new, and you can't even see where he had resized them. They look absolutely gorgeous!
