Carve Market — Local services in Auburn

This a long review so keep scrolling. Carve is local and great. Their lunch menu is great. Their lunch is actually really affordable compared to chain delis and quite frankly way better for large portion. That said, they are fully transparent on the butcher meats if you ask if they have organic sourced beef products. The answer is NO. They have tried, I asked on Grand Opening and again 3/25. I know that is discouraging for those of us who want local and clean. That said, they do source natural products. They claim at their level they can't find a supplier with affordable costs to sustain them.. Consider purchasing from them over franchises for quality and quantity because they are trying to source locally. If we all keep pushing this direction and they approach a farmer with requesting organically raised grass fed (which is best, minimum anti-biotic injected) they may end up having the buying power to work it out. In the meantime, ask whats natural, ask where it came from, follow up with the farmer, lower costs, make the farmer stay in business. We could even come up with our own Auburn subsidy program to pay the difference in cost to get the quality and safety everyone deserves. Ask questions. Be informed. Don't be fooled. Educate yourself, don't stop at this review. I'm not a Microbiologist or a Doctor. Don't rely on someone who was clinically trained. Rely on the farmer and the butcher yourself and the Living Testimony of Jesus Christ. That is called LIFE...

I recently had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Carve Market in Auburn, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The market offers a stunning array of local products and an exquisite meat selection, cut to perfection. The staff provided delightful samples, and the sandwich assortment was both very good and inviting. The decor adds to the upscale experience, with intricate tile work and an eye-catching ceiling that make the building itself a marvel to behold. Great addition to the community! The building itself is very nice too and has nice outdoor seating as well.

I will say, parking is not the greatest especially when they are busy, but not a huge deal! Also, for those with babies, just a heads up that their carts do not allow for children! I did have to hold my son throughout the store, but at least I know for next time!

They have a great selection of not only meats but other items as well, and honestly everything is very reasonably priced especially for being locally sourced.
