I am sooooo impressed with this company! I am from Albuquerque, NM and the weekend of Mother's Day 2018 my boyfriend's Nana, and Mom were going to be in Huntertown, IN for a graduation. My boyfriend wanted to do something nice for them so we searched a flower shop near them. We were able to find this amazing place and they did deliveries for a small fee of just $10! We chose a small, but very beautiful (see pic) arrangement for a total (including tax and delivery fee) of about $60. We ordered on a Friday night, so we knew that it would probably be impossible to get them before Mother's Day, plus the only delivery date we could chose from was the Monday after Mother's Day, but that was okay with us. ordered some Mother Days Flowers to be delivered ,i used online option gave me an order number, the next day it was delivered and her mother sent a picture wasnt what we ordered ,and then on the delivery confirmation,and the order number didnt match mine, i ask about it oh their order numbers on their end dont match the order number it gives you. really then i was told oh its the same flower but a different color so we instead of bumble bee, its now butterflies. which wasnt what i ordered an explanation of what happened,but called them and jusy one excuse after another why it wasnt their fault. this is in a small town and they cant...

Will not use them again! Horrible experience. Staff was kind, however, flowers for funeral looked nothing like pictures online. Even with upgrading to the highest level. Personally had to pick up arrangement from funeral home after viewing and return them to shop to be fixed. Owner would not even look me in the eye, and said because they were fixed, I should pay full amount of additional flowers.
