Big Red Sports — Local services in Auburn

The soccer club my son plays for buys alot of fan wear from Big Red. Not quite a year ago I bought a sweatshirt with a logo screen printed on. By this fall it had lost about 2/3 of its color. I called Big Red they said to bring it by and I did. They decided that it wasn't due to excessive wear and offered to give me a new one. I requested that the logo be embroidered if possible and I'd pay the difference. After a couple weeks it was done and my wife went in to get it. They did embroider it(and it looks fantastic!) and I asked my wife how much it was. They didn't charge a dime. Thats what I call customer service! Very very unreliable. Took OVER 47 days to get our orders to us with also missing items in each order that we weren’t even notified for. We were told multiple dates of when our order would be complete, and the order was never completed on those dates. We never had information because no one would call back or answer our questions. They will do what they need to do to help the customer. I needed a lettermen jacket. From a different state and they took the time to help. Because through The school it was like triple the price. So please if you are in need go to them the are willing to help if they can. Great...
