This is our favorite grocery outlet store. Fantastic variety of top brands. We shop here first everytime. They carry local walnuts out of the shell. They are the freshest ones you will ever find. Excellent selection of plants for indoor and outdoors. Pottery, patio furniture, decor and all the best produce. Friendly staff and the best stuff. Thank you for being there. Always love seeing what they have new each time.
Edited. Every time I come in here now, many of the employees are not wearing their masks correctly. Customer service has gone way down hill. One cashier in particular is excessively loud and interrupts the work of other cashiers while they are working with annoying, irrelevant conversation, and has her mask under her chin. So gross and negligent. I won't even go to her register. Not all bad here but the bad outweighs what I used to love about shopping here. I go less and use stores with curbside pickup service more often. I wish the employees were more careful and diligent about masks. I am a cashier myself and wear a mask appropriately for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week out of caring and concern for my many elderly customers. I bag my own groceries since the baggers aren't interested in doing their work but it's just as well since I don't want to be exposed to more people who don't wear masks correctly than I have to. Sorry for the...
Read moreUgh. I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I mean you CAN'T BEAT THE PRICES! But, some of the employees are less than favorable..down right trashy and rude..Definitely not all, but half. The thing that makes me hate going here are the wrong prices! They're everywhere and you really have to watch the register when you're checking out. When you find something that wasn't priced right, they just say, "Well this ticket is for something else entirely", but ME AS THE CUSTOMER is supposed to read the fine print on the only tag posted where my item was?! ...Then they blame it on the night crew and don't guarantee any price marked. HATE that. Produce is old. It's hit or miss with it. Lots of produce goes bad or is bad by the time I get it home. They have pretty good item selection though and I probably save about $300 per month shopping here for a family of 4, so I put up with it. I think they know this.
Ok I’m officially DONE with this place! Rude workers, tearing bags, rotten food, no carts. The list goes on and on. I put up with alot cause they’re so cheap, but aren’t even that cheap anymore. I will not step foot in that...
Read moreI went in to this grocery outlet today to grab something for my lunch. Noreen was the cashier that checked me out. Customer service was absolutely horrible after ringing up my food. She asked if I would like paper or plastic plastic. I did pay with EBT food stamps and so she proceeded to tell me that I owe $.15 for the bag in which I stated Bags are normally free when you pay with EBT. She very rudely said no that’s paper that’s free plastic is $.15 and then I said OK. Well, then I’ll have paper please. Then she proceeded to take all of my things out of the plastic bag and left them on the counter And looked over at the paper bag for me to grab it and bag it. In which she commented and said the paper bags rip easily so watch out for that she put my receipt on the counter and begin to help the next customer. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. Needless to say I will not be going back into that grocery outlet. Working in customer service for 19 years. There are so many other ways she could’ve handled the situation and should go without saying she could’ve been a whole lot...
