I can't tell you how many times the morning crew has treated me disrespectfully. Enough is enough. I will no longer be taking my business here. There's plenty of other places that appreciate my patronage and treat me well and make me feel like I'm appreciated as a customer. The evening crew has always been great for unfortunately that's not enough reason for me to keep going. I have emailed the owner a few times about the morning manager and the and treatment I've experienced. Nothinh has changed. I have spent thousands of dollars in here and I won't spend another cent after today. Nobody said hello, nobody smiled at me or acknowledg'd me when I walked in. In this day and age I feel like businesses can afford to treat their customers poorly. I will no longer support this business. The owner has very stingy policies and is not generous at all. In the past, I would’ve given this place a 5 rating. Been coming here for years, until recently, when the owner raised all her prices way up, and got rid of 12 oz option, so you have to spend more. 4 drinks - juice / smoothies = $40.

As a result, I will no longer be coming here to get anything for my family that lives here locally.

Clearly, the owner is catering to the tourists, but they’re not year round, so her revenue will drop… she’ll lose Locals like me, which are the bread and butter of a small local business, and/or people will spend half as much because her prices are so exorbitant.

The food isn’t so great and it would warrant the pricing she has…. Common mistake that businesses make when they have tourists.

While Flour Garden has long been a local favorite and has been a staple in Auburn for many years, it's seemingly fallen by the wayside and the quality has sadly dipped significantly.

If you're stopping in for coffee, tea, or an espresso drink, I'd skip it entirely. The drinks are consistently mediocre and overpriced. You probably won’t be completely disappointed, but probably won't be impressed either.

If you're looking for a cake and/or pastries, I suppose if it's last minute then there are worse options, however, at best they're only marginally better than a cheaper option, and at worst they're inferior to a similarly priced option.

The location is relatively convenient, being close to both hwy 80 and 49, so if you're looking for a quick meeting spot then it's fine, although there's no shortage of...
