Love this spot for letting the kids run wild after Thanksgiving festivities! 🎉 But here’s what families need to know: while the park entry is smooth, the parent seating area isn’t accessible for family members with mobility challenges. Planning multigenerational trips means thinking about everyone’s comfort and access. Have you found great accessible family spots in Augusta? Drop them below! 👇🏾 #MultiGenFamilyTips #FamilyTravelPlanning #AugustaGA #AccessibleTravel #InclusiveFamilyTravel

Had my reservations when we the front doors looked like a pack of rottweilers swilled all over the doors. We walked in and found the line 14 peeps deep, S L O W uninformative cashier-male redhead, overflowing garbage, slimy wet bath counter, no bath door hooks. Well over 2 months you've been without cash register receipt paper. That's a violation of state business regulations. Yup that ncr cash register paper is expensive but that is a must. Dirty, OVERPRICED when you can go to 207RobtDanielJrPrkwy and do unlimited amt of time trampolining for $14.99. Y'all need to keep customer records who have been here before longer than 3 mos.thus will eliminate the back-up at the register and for Pete's sake have more than ONE customer computer for new customers to sign waiver. Motivate manager to hire better and do hourly cleanliness check ups. The filthy front doors, garbage can was overflowing when we arrived and 90 mins later still overflowing. Girls bathroom counter was slimy wet when we arrived after our hour long ride and after 90 mins the floor was wet too. Guess you believe because customers sign waivers that includes bathrooms too. Use screws on bathroom doors for coat hooks if your disgruntled customers steal the door hooks, disgruntled probably cause they experienced the same needless poorly ran establishment.

This has been the best birthday experience we’ve had at this facility ever . Checking in- you have the friendliest and most enthusiastic hostesses who all greet you and your family and birthday boy with excitement and love. Actually feeling welcomed and special is a first for us. I appreciate you ladies so much for your fantastic hospitality skills. Our birthday party room host. I cannot remember his name. I’m so sorry. I don’t even know what my son’s gifts were so I assure you take zero offense to my memory loss! He was fantastic . Our entire experience this time is a 360! All of your staff stayed upbeat, happy, smiling, they are so good at their jobs. Whoever played the floor is lava on the loud speaker -thank you🥰 The Montgomery family loved spending Elon special day with you all. Thank you my friends❤️ we will be back next year ❤️

As soon as you walk in there is a device that takes your temperature. I liked that this was being done to all guests entering the building. We had a groupon which was supposed to be convenient but the waiver from Groupon “wasn’t accurate” according to staff. In the actually facility there were no social distancing guidelines. Most staff had face covering half on their face or none at all. There are no hand sanitizing stations at all in the building. Employees were rude and made us feel like a bother instead of welcomed and helpful. The cafe had minimal options and the staff serving food did not wear face coverings properly or did not have one on at all. We were there for two hrs and did not see anything being cleaned or sanitized as far as the foam pits or anything that was heavily touched. The restrooms were not clean at all one stall had blood on the toilet seat. I feel this place needs to be closed down and needs to have better cleaning routines and extra staff there just for cleaning, I would not recommend coming here during this pandemic it is not clean or safe. I was very dissatisfied with my visit and will not be returning to any Defy locations especially this one, because of the poor service. Staff should never treat guests this way and I’m honestly shocked that the employees have such terrible attitudes. I wouldn’t have stayed if I knew the conditions were this way but unfortunately we had already paid for our tickets and socks.

Edit: We attended the park on 9/12/2020

Response to the owner:

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. We visited the park on 9/12/2020 at 5:30 pm. I would also like you to reach out to me personally about this...

I made a reservation for my son’s birthday party in March, paid a deposit of $81. Then I cancelled the party since the employee told me they can give us three pizzas for 13 kids. However, when I emailed them to make sure, they said no. After a conversation with the staff, I accepted their saying. So, I sent her an email about another reservation. The coordinator sent me an email saying they will send me an invoice mail. I had never received any invoice email after that! I thought I could pay for that on birthday day. Plus, from the email, the coordinator of party booking said the deposit is $75 (why it was different from the first time??) I thought the coordinator already helped me book the party. So, we went to DEFY 4/15. However, the party desk told me there was no reservation information at all!! How??!! Luckily the manager helped us to use another space which is upstairs, but we needed to pay $75. Since this is not a regular room but just an open space! If the coordinator had called me to verify the invoice email earlier, then I should have got the free regular party room without paying extra $75. But at that time, all the kids were already there, we had to accept that room reluctantly, we had to pay $75 even though that was not needed initially. The last thing, the coordinator in DEFY was not friendly when she explained that to me. It was not our fault for not booking successfully. She insisted that the person in charge of the email was the email coordinator. I need to contact the email coordinator. Plus, she told me that email coordinator was not there anymore. What did that mean? People come and go; the store is still there. There should be somebody in...

We have been members at urban air for years, and today decided to join Sky zone for a change. We could not be more disappointed!!! First off the air seemed broken, it was extremely hot. Then, when we went to try and order pizza at 6:10 pm, the employee was putti my in the computer, then the manager walked over and told her “no, we can’t make pizza, we have to save it for the weekend parties.” After I pushed a little saying that my child was really hungry, they said “well we can make a personal pan pizza, but that’s it.” Which is double the price. Then, after I agreed to order that because it was my only choice, they never put it in the oven. I came back 10 min later and stood in line to ask them why it wasn’t in the oven…. They both had HORRIBLE attitudes, rolled their eyes and told me “we are getting it!” One was on the phone the entire time. She is supposed to be the manager…after 30 min, I had to leave, so I went to the concessions and saw the pizza in the oven already out, with another employee. I told her we were waiting on the pizza and had to leave. She was extremely rude and stated she knew, and that she would get it. But just stood there and didn’t get it for a few minutes just to be rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience with this many employees anywhere. It’s very sad they feel they can treat customers this way. It’s double the price of urban air, and they always have fresh pizza and a friendly staff. The bathrooms at sky zone are horrible. All toilets filled with nastiness, and overall just so disappointing. I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable behavior that came from 3 different...
