7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Augusta

All the staff here are the most friendliest bunch of people I have literally ever met! Always greeted with a smile, compliments, and a delicious cup of coffee (or Fizzy drink) Today I had the pleasure of meeting sweet NiAngel. She was so bubbly and smiley and greeted me with such kindness. Definitely a 10/10 with friendliness, helpfulness, and a beautiful smile! Also, she smelled amazing! Don’t forget to tip these sweet workers! They’re all amazing and work hard taking orders or making the perfect drink. I come here (almost) every day and have been here pretty much since they’ve opened. My son loves to come here after school to get his “special drink” which is usually their blue raspberry Fizz with whipped cream. I have tried many of their different coffees and was so excited to get my free coffee this morning since ordering 10. I no longer go to Dunkin or Starbucks for coffee as this is my new “go to” spot. Love this place and the people that work here! Whoever manages this place is doing a fantastic job and hiring the best crew of people! 10/10

I want to add, I never had 7Brew before this location opened up. I waited every day for this place to open (I’d see it on the way to drop my son off at school) and I am soooo glad I tried this place! Might be my new favorite addiction (and my kids too!) I love the location as it’s close to the mall and all the other great...

This was my second time visiting this Seven Brew location, and both visits have been great. The customer service is consistently efficient, and the employees are patient and helpful.

Today’s experience was truly A++. Niangel was so professional and polite. She greeted me right away and helped me customize my order as I wanted to try some fall flavors. She made the process easy and fun. The experience only got better when she noticed my fur baby in the car and offered a pup cup (something I didn’t even know Seven Brew had!). Such a thoughtful touch.

As I waited for my order, Will also greeted me and was just as pleasant, which made the entire interaction feel genuine and welcoming. What started as a quick coffee run on my break ended up being the highlight...

I love this place and the staff, but I hate seeing these poor kids out there shivering now that the weather has chilled. They should have some heaters out there for them and provide free jackets/thermals instead of them having to buy them. I feel so bad for them even though they all have such great attitudes about it. I would think 7 Brew could afford to do these things for their employees--they must be doing well to have opened 3 locations in the area within the last few years. Again, love this place but feel they could be more caring of their staff when they're working out in...
