This place is large and in charge. At Home has a wide selection of just about everything you need, and don’t need, for your home. My family and I always enjoy coming here to check out the holiday decor once the new season hits. We especially love coming for Halloween and Christmas. Last year we got a nice table cloth and several cookie tins as my wife likes to bake cookies and give them out as gifts to our neighbors and loved ones. She likes to find unique and cute tins instead of plain brown boxes. My kids act as though coming here for Halloween is as good as going to an amusement park - they get so excited. The restrooms are always nicely kept, which is especially important when trucking around my many children. Prices are moderate, some items are cheap while other items are overpriced in my opinion. I’m not especially fond of the furniture selection, for example. The wall art and hanging decor are usually a bit cheesy, but entertaining to look at. They even have a wall of snack options that is hard to pass up on your way to check-out (smart move). The parking lot is large enough that you can always find a decent spot. Ordered curbside and waited approximately 30 minutes. I went inside and let the cashier know I had been waiting and she advised the manager. Ann (the manager) then came and was rude and pointed her finger at me while saying “Let me tell you something, I only got one cashier right now”… a cashier job is to run the register, not do curbside orders but either way that’s not my problem. That’s a corporate problem. Hire more employees. It’s the holiday season, the store will only get busier. Idk what was Ann’s problem today or if she didn’t want to do extra work but she obviously needs customer service training because no way she was mad at me when I’m the one that was sitting there waiting. I chose curbside because that was an option provided to me. DONT OFFER A SERVICE YOU CANNOT FULFILL. There isn’t even a parking section for curbside as instructed in the email either. This used to be my favorite home store but the customer service has drastically went downhill. I will not return if this is the type of lackluster...

Called and spoke with a team member about product availability. Was told they only had display model left and that we could buy it. Drove almost 2 hours to get it and when we got there was told no we could not buy it. The manager, Aisha, promised to call us back the next day after talking to the general manager. Never got a call back so we called and spoke with the general manager who informed us the display had already been sold. After asking how that was possible when we were turned away, all they could say was literally tough luck and that they didn't care. Management has not only lied, and I believe bought the item for themselves, but has 0 ability to actually manage or handle customer relations. Do not shop here if you actually plan on dealing with anyone capable of helping you past team member level. If they ever say they need to talk to management you will not be helped and will be lied to...
