I was in a lil’ bind and needed a quick 400$ or 500$ !!!! I put a diamond engagement ring and the band in pawn & had 30 - 60 day loan only had to pay on pick up after 30days or they could extend for small fee for another 30 days ( More than Fair )

It was the 3 rd pawn I went to b4 stopping in bc close to my home and EXCELLENT REVEIWS , been in the business for a long long time , to me that’s stable , Ryan is the reason I chose to leave the rings bc I trusted him immediately ,He was right to the point with a great business sense , plus he answered every question , bc for me it was my 1st time doing business at Fast Cash Pawn in Aurora ,

Everything went exactly as Ryan told me , I was coming in to pay on the last day after 1st 30 days and wasn’t sure if I could make it in , Ryan said No worries Come back tomorrow, no extra fee for the extra day ….!!!!!!

This why I like to do business with family owned businesses, They treat their customers as family what more could anyone ask for , not robot answering questions , real authentic people from our neighborhood doing his & her job correctly ,

Jessica is the person who took care of me on pick up day and also was very knowledgeable about the entire business as well , she was nice enough to let me pick her brain about the Pawn business answering all my question bc of my interest in it , they cool stuff and get help people on top that . Jessica listened to my stories about my mother , I couldn’t tell if she had bad day or good day , bc she looked very happy , also good business sense and people skills , easy to talk to you like I knew her all my life , Nice people make the good business and I believ not knowing the one in charge taught everyone well , It starts at the top Good Leaders bring everyone up and was easy to talk too , You can tell she cares about her customers and the business,

This is the place everybody in the surrounding neighborhood should do their loan business, sell an item or just looking buy jewelry , sports memorabilia & equipment, tools , motorcycle, electronics ,musical instruments so much more to buy & see , that’s ss one stuff Iike and the prices of th etchings I am into , was excellent , their is stuff I didn’t see and new stuff in the days I was last their ,

Won one of their auctions on eBay for a Chicago Bulls team signed basketball. It came with a "certificate of authenticity" from 1993. I purchased it for $1,000 and drove the 2 hours round trip to pick it up. I sent photos of the item to PSA/DNA, one of the top autograph authenticators in the world, and they believed it to not be authentic. To really be sure I brought the item to be reviewed in person by Beckett Authentication, another one of the most respected authentication companies in the world. They were 100% positive that it was not authentic. I wasted $130 and 4 hours of driving around to find out the item was fake. What's more comical is they had the item listed for $3,000 in their store initially. The fact you would sell an item in your store for that amount of money without properly having it authenticated is beyond me. They did refund me on the ball but did not offer to make good on the money I had to waste to confirm if their item was genuinely authentic. Huge waste of time and money.

Added 07/23: Owner replied that they contacted the Berto Center and an authenticator and that the signatures are legitimate. A couple problems with this. THE BERTO CENTER HASN'T BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR 8 YEARS. How can you call the Berto Center if there is no longer a Berto Center? Also, when I called them after they posted this response they had no response to this "authenticator" and it was a friend of a friend said it was authentic. So two of the most prestigious authenticators in the world, PSA and Beckett, both say it's fake and you still want to argue authenticity? Also, Ryan told me they were going to refund me the fees I incurred for the failed authentications from PSA and Beckett and to send them an email with my PayPal information. My fiance and I came into the shop for the first time after finding this business on Google. The main reason we came was because they were only one of the few shops open on a Sunday. From our first step in the door to our last one out we received the best customer service we have ever received in a pawn shop!! Ryan and Lily answered all of our questions promptly and politely. We were treated with the utmost respect which you rarely find when doing business with a pawn shop. Mind you we have done business with several other shops and have never experienced the customer service we received here . We went in for a loan and where given far more then we expected much to our surprise. They helped us out tremendously in doing so. We will definitely continue to do business here when we need to either get another loan or when we may be looking to purchase something.
