Taqueria Nuevo Arandas is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food, and their pastor tacos are the true star of the menu! The pork is perfectly marinated, cooked to tender perfection, and bursting with bold, smoky flavors. You can tell they take pride in their craft because the seasoning strikes the ideal balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.
What really sets their tacos apart is the attention to detail—fresh, warm tortillas, crisp onions, a generous sprinkle of cilantro, and a slice of juicy pineapple that ties everything together beautifully. Pair them with their house-made salsas for an extra kick, and you’ve got a meal that’s truly unforgettable.
The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Whether you’re dining in with family or grabbing a quick bite, the experience is top-notch. If you’re a fan of authentic tacos, the pastor tacos here are an absolute must-try. You won’t be...
Read moreI placed the order through doordash. I ordered a steak burrito with avocado and cream- i dont think the meat was steak but ground beef instead but its fine. Don't take me wrong - there was A LOT of beef that was pretty juicy but little veggies or other ingredients - but I typically order extra veggies so I assume that was normal for regular order. We also ordered 2 guardias, one steak and chicken but they were out and my Doordash person told me that so ordered 2 chicken and 2 steak tacos with everything, figured I'd take a loss for the dollar or so - ended up received 4 chicken tacos that were pretty good, maybe a break in communication. Also had torta which tasted good, no complaints. Also ordered 1 horchata and 1 Festa but got 2 horchatas instead. Maybe they tried to equal out the price difference, I'm unsure.. The food isn't bad, its pretty good for the price. However, in future orders I'd probably order at the place and check my order while there instead...
Read moreOrdered a torta without jalapeños and received it with jalapeños. Call and the person i spoke to stated i could come back another day to get it made correctly. She also stated she was the owner and to mention we spoke if she was not available. 3 days later i decided to get my torta and called it in along with another torta and quesadilla. The lady that answered kept coughing in the phone and talking to others but finally completed the order. I arrive 15 minutes later as i was told by the lady on the phone who happens to be the sister of the owner and the cook tells me oh we don’t have anymore tortas. I tell him why wouldn’t they call me back to tell me and he just stared at me. I then just walked out. Such a waste of time and horrible customer service. They can keep their free torta especially with someone coughing up a lung so close to the kitchen. Definitely need to upgrade their service...
