I have been going to this subway for a very long time. But for the last 2 times I have been in there they been giving me very bad vibes. Well tonight just took the cake. My son ordered a cheese pizza and they charged me for the cheese. Well I get home and look at the receipt and noticed. I call the store and get the lady. Now it's only 2 people in the store tonight. So I tell her what my gripe was about, and she interrupted and proceeded to yell me my son asked for Xtra cheese. Umm no... first n foremost he's lactose intolerance and he's really not supposed to have it any way. And 2nd I been standing right here and no he didn't ask for the extra cheese. Well she continued to argue me up and down he asked for extra cheese. So I tell her, put the gentleman on the phone. So she hands him the phone and starts speaking there language. He gets on the phone and want to argue as well. Then he says. " fir you the next time you come in here, I will give u something to that value. As to say I'm not giving you your money back buy I will throw some cheese on something free next time or something to that nature. After u and lil jazzabell done argue with me over $1.10 charge for some cheese, I will never step foot in your subway establishment again. Now I will be in there first thing in the A.M to get my refund. Yes I'm going to be that petty. Because you definitely have been. It's the principle of the matter. Read moreWe arrive at 9:25 to eat a quick meal. I told my family to pick out a table to eat our food. While I am about to pay I saw that our food was being put in a bag. I stated why we can't eat here? They told me because they are closing soon. We came 35 mins before they closed, to an empty dining area, and was basically told we can't stay. It wouldn't of taken us that long to eat. It was only 3 of us. A customer should never be told that "we are closing soon" 30 mins before closing. I was shock and offended. Makes me wonder if there was another reason.
By the time we got home, our food was cold and soggy. Horrible customer service! Never going back.

Read moreWell it’s impossible to get mozzarella from this store if that’s what you want on your sub they will not give it to you. Was told they do t have it so I joked because this is a constant thing I hear here. They told me this franchise never got it and is too old to have it. Pointed out the sub they advertise on the menu with mozzarella on it and asked so why is that up there? They then said oh we have this mozzarella… why are they gate keeping the mozzarella?
