If I could give a zero I would...I placed an order to be picked up today, 11/24, because the girl told me they wouldnât be open on the 25th for the holiday...I paid in advance and never received a call or notification of any changes...I came to pick up the order today and this was on the door. I better get a refund and this is horrible customer service! Horrible! I tried to call multiple times, but the call gets disconnected immediately, so no way to leave a message either. It looked like they went to a grocery store flower stand, grabbed a $15 bouquet, cut off the ends and placed them in a plain clear vase with cloudy water. I was charged $70+ dollars for that cheap looking arrangement?!!! How embarrassing! I am still waiting for them to contact me because I submitted a similar review on their website.
