Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I literally used to work here until I walked out on 12/27. I was there since the store opened in august. I felt like I was the only one who followed the mask rule and the manager, Ryan Schroeder, even tells us to serve people who don’t wear masks themselves. The food is very unsanitary, and I recommend you literally eat anywhere else then this place. On top of that there was no safety precautions when making the food. The excuse was always the oven cooks it off but we all know that’s nothing because we gotta handle the food once it’s out the oven. Hello all, I’m taking the time to post about the awful experience I had with this particular pizza place. As I was paying I happened to open my pizza box and seen it was made wrong. I notified the worker immediately and he showed absolutely NO type of desire to correct the issue but instead argued with me about the topping and kept ringing me up! Where is the customer service?? At the end I ended up paying for a pizza that I did not eat. I will never return to this particular establishment in fear of some kind of retaliation to my food. Last Friday, there was 1 guy with spectacles who was extremely rude during lunch hours. I requested him to take an order of wings and he literally ignored me for 10 minutes. When I asked him when he would take my order he got angry and said, “can’t you see I’m doing something?”. This store doesn’t want your business folks.
