Went to the emergancy room to take my wife who was having chest pains. She was having a hard time breathing and was in pain. They took us in within about 10 min.They ran a ekg and took chest scans. Which was all fine then they put us in a room with two chairs and four walls. We sat there four TWO AND A HALF HOURS AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERD TO CHECK ON MY WIFE. SHES IN THERE WITH HEART PROBLEMS AND SHE HAS LUPOS AND HAS SEIZURES AND OTHER PROBLEMS AND THEY KNEW IT.... IS THAT HOW YOU RUN YOUR EMERGENCY ROOM.. AND WHEN I COMPLAINED LOADLY BECAUSE THEY SHOWED NO RESPECT FOR MY WIFE I TURND OUT TO BE THE BAD GUY. AND AT ONE TIME I THIUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD...

I understand that our current circumstances are stressful on the staff, however, human kindness should not be tossed out the window because this is our new NORM, I would suggest to send the team to workshops on how to verbalize to family members with empathy and understanding, not like they are talking to some stranger...

Every time I call, his nurse is available, friendly, and ready to answer my questions. The treatment they gave him was so effective he's being released early.
