Could sum this one up with “meh.” The product is absolutely quality, don’t get me wrong, and the place is classy and clean. But on a Monday morning in this GIANT dispensary they’ve only got two people working? It took a good 30 minutes or so before we got to go the back, and other customers were clearly getting impatient also. Then you get to the back and WOW, what a selection! Awesome products and great bud, but virtually nothing is labeled with a price. This means more time waiting as an associate comes to help you, and even more time as he pitches every variety of product regardless of what your price range is. I get it, I’m in sales too, but this was just such a lame experience. We went to two other dispensaries with the same quality of product, but they got us to the back MUCH faster because they were far better staffed, had prices listed for everything, and didn’t waste our time with explanations of products we weren’t interested in. There’s a lot of really really good dispensaries in Denver, so you really have to go out of your way to please your customers and get them to come back. We’ll be back to Denver and back to visit dispensaries, but I doubt we’ll go back...

For anyone that gets additional discounts like military, watch out and pay attention to how much you're getting back and if you actually get a reciept back. I come here every month and this time, got helped by this big tall white dude with a hat and like a jersey on or something. I always get change back, after getting my product. About $8 to be exact. Well this time around my total ended up being more and this is on 4/20. So confused, I ask multiple times if he was sure the total included my military discount. He said yes every time. Then said I was good to go, without printing out a receipt or even finishing out the sale.

So I ask the front desk the pricing and realized that he straight up lied to me. Something tells me he was going to finish out the sale with my discount, AFTER I left, so that he could keep the tips for himself. I'm sorry, but that's unacceptable. I'm not stupid. And btw, their carts start to leak about halfway through being empty, no matter what battery you use. I tip every time I come here, now I'm going to second...
