Goodwill Store & Donation Center — Local services in Aurora

I was lucky and found three really great clothing pieces here, however it was a gamble getting them since the dressing rooms are permanently closed. There wasn't even a single mirror anywhere for me to even hold up the items to get an idea of how they might look on me. So there was no way for me to try anything on to know if it fit, returns must be made at the location the item was bought, and returns only receive store credit. So that's a huge negative in my opinion. Additionally while I was there the staff was having to yell at someone to not come back in the store and there were a couple people seemingly loitering around outside. This Goodwill store has gone down. They don't have enough employees. The store use to have its shelves stocked with merchandise that was visible to the eye, the shelves were clean, now merchandise is in bends, which customers rush over to tug and pull things out, stuff going everywhere. Clothes use to be neatly sized, in order, organized by color, now you can't find the right size in its right section. I have clients who wear plus size clothes, it's so hard to find those sizes in your store, and the large size shoes are impossible to find without going through all the shoes for sizes. Long lines. Great stuff for kids. The thing I hate about this place is the DAMN RESELLERS!!!!. They attacking the carts that come out and grab all the stuff before it even makes it to the shelves. The second and last thing I hate is that the workers have an understanding with the RESELLERS. I saw them separating things for them.(Spanish girl) Me that I was in line and had waited for 15 mints saw that she open a line just for HIM and heard hem talking in spanish about giving him SPECIAL DISCOUNT because he was buying a lot of item.. which she did.
